A Dubai woman is suing her ex-husband for failing to inform her he couldn't have sex before they tied the knot.
The Hundustan Times reports that she is seeking $11 million in damages for mental anguish.
She alleges that when she got married, her husband forced her to quit her job and give up all her jewellery.
He then proceeded to deprive her of her conjugal privileges.
After four sexless months, she learned he suffered from erectile dysfunction.
"Considering the conservative Arab values, and the woman's situation in such a society, I remained silent and tried to adapt by praying to God that things would improve," she told the newspaper.
The case is pending.
