He should pay cash for a house with some land, wisely invest a shit pile of other money and forget about poker for awhile. So many of those guys give it all back. Called GREED.
There IS luck involved for these guys that have been hugely successful and that luck and those cards don't fall like that forever.

The big guy from Maryland? He is a logger. He got back to rural western Maryland, bought a new pickup, bought acres and acres of land, built a new little league field for the community, and went back to work in his logging business. The only reason he played in the WSOP was because he won a seat. That dude didn't let any of the shit go to his head.This sounds like Dennis Phillips. Never seen him deep in a tournament other than the FT at the WS. But I have seen him getting crushed on High Stakes Poker several times. Jamie Gold fits the same description. Whatever happened to the big burly dude that placed second 2 or 3 years back.... forget the name?
