    I am going to spend however long this lasts........lifting weights, walking, jogging or running. Eating healthy......getting plenty of sleep. Enjoying life and getting in better shape.     March 1983.......Anyone Remember???

    NC State and their improbable run..........I remember the Wolfpacks first NCAA game.......they were down like 9 with 2 minutes left and beat Pepperdine. WOW I always thought Derek Whittenburg and Sidney Lowe did not get near enough credit. They always got NC State good shots. What a team:popcorn2

    Have they never been dominant and destroyed the other team in the Super Bowl. It seems to me they never really dominate in the SB. Close games always....... San Fran won a few SB's in impressive fashion..... Pittsburgh won SB's in impressive fashion........ Just an observation......... Thoughts

    Anyone have Knee replacement surgery?

    I know my basketball days are over but could I still play tennis and run some if I had it done? Would you try to lose 20 pounds before you had it done? The research says excess weight is very hard on the joints.
