This guy must give one hell of a half time speech... he gets this squad regrouped like no other. I mean it's like this team tries to play from behind. If you were to rank this team on 1st half ball alone they would probably not make top 40... ranked on 2nd half they are the best in the country. Can't wait to see them in the playoffs.
