going back ten years if you would have blindly played every dog +28 or more in the first lined opener of each year you would have the following record ATS.....

not too shabby IMO...

We have quite a few that qualify this year.....

C Mich +34 1/2
N Texas +35
Tulsa +32
N Mes St +28 1/2
Cal +28
Idaho +29 1/2
UL Monroe +36 1/2
Ark St+29

a couple more are very close in the 26-27 1/2 range...

I don't think SMU was "bet down" to +24.5 -- LVSC had the line at 21, and the Stardust opened at something much closer to that number, and Oly dropped its line to eliminate the arbitrage opportunity.

If Cal gets to 28 or more yes it meets the criteria but if you buy a half point or point it does not count-

I think will see a lot of money on K State before the game starts because of Snyder's tendency to run up the score on weaker opponents not too mention on paper K State looks like they will win this going away- Although this is a similar situation to when they were 29 point favorites against Iowa 3 year's ago in this same spot, they won the game 27-7 but Iowa covered the spread......

good info chenker, the line continues to climb 28.5 and the total drops like stock market, now 59.5, went down a pt in 5 mins i signed on at carib and was 61.5 last nite, i heard oppened at 66.5 -- that speaks not to bet now to me ...

game isnt on turf, its on grass in arrowhead; tedford is OFF Yoda so maybe cal scores 21 somehow and gives up 40, i have no clue ... cal OL loox solid but D is depleted, 2 starters back, tedford said he will play some frosh WRs ...

I am playing Cal if it closes at +28 or above-

I think Telford will give Cal a good chance of puting up 17-21 points on offense and I dont think K State will score more than 45 but if Snyder is feeling like making a statement I could be screwed.
