I like the way the sheriff thinks It's prison not a country club.:moon:

Agree skulldog. Not many years ago at the State Pen in Concord NH the inmates sued (somehow) the State after the state took away their cable television. I'm not kidding. The criminals had free cable and sued when it was taken away. There was also something around then (1992) about the pokey banning smoking but I think that fell by the wayside.

Th old south had it right. For the more nasty ones. Chain Gang.
The not so nasty ones. Smaller projects but Chain Gang. They got plenty of exercise didn't need basketball courts or weight rooms.
For those who wish to learn we could teach them. But only if they really try. Of course after there daily work is done first. As for TV. They can watch it when they get out. What the hell were not baby sitting them.
