How can this school be so pathetic year in year out? All that talent to recruit from around NYC and New Jersey and yet they're terrible every year. Maybe someone from NJ can explain this.

And if anybody can explain the Buffalo/Rutgers line to me, I'd appreciate it. Looking at the respective talent that both teams return, I'd probably make Rutgers a FG favorite on a neutral field. Assuming that they get 3 more for being at home (do they really have a home field advantage???), I still have them laying less than a TD, so why are they 12 point favorites???

It just doesn't make sense to me, and whenever that happens, I get real nervous because I'm obviously missing something...

Times are changing for Rutgers Football. Coach Schiano will have this team in a bowl game in two years. You heard it here first.

I agree the line is a bit high. Rutgers is starting a lot of new, talented players but they're playing their first D1A games. On paper, this could be a laugher for Rutgers...but young players do make mistakes... :shrug:
