I only have 3, 4th never materialized.
2 were impacted deep within the bone, but the surgeon must have done one heck of a job, never took a painkiller or tylenol. Didn't need too... He told my that is was quite a struggle and that I would be in a huge amount of pain when I gained my senses due to the pulling with all his might, then the actual peeling of gums and crushing of the teeth since they wouldn't come out.
LMAO...to make a long story short...I must have never gotten my senses back...maybe that't why there was no pain!

Nole did have a dry socket,? Its basically when the area is not scabbing/healing correctly so the gums cant lay flat on the new hole - causing bleeding that doesnt seem to stop. I had two of em so I remember the "Why am I drooling, oh thats blood" moment.
