How do you deal with tough losses?

Jump up and down and yell obscenities, break something, ask god if this was the kinda luck I was gonna get why in the hell was I born, curse all the capper's opinions, etc etc etc.

years ago i had a friend who occasionaly would throw is tv out of his 2nd floor bedroom window.of course he went through quite a few tvs. true story.
i used to get upset quite a bit over tough losses. now i just shrug it off, & wait for the next game. these type of games usually balance out at the end.
