Georgia compiling a 9 - 2 away record over the last 3 years helps us make this pick alot easier....CLemson at home the last 3 years are average at 6 - 6. I prefer to take a higher echelon SEC team over an average ACC Clemson team anytime. But i've been wrong before.

Connecticut -5.5 -104 ( 1/2 unit)

indiana is VERY poor on the road...last year they had a penchant for getting blown out on the road.....UCONN did a good job last year with their team as they came out with a great 38-0 performance over Navy before pulling off the shocker in a 37-20 win over Iowa State. That win might be the one that catapults this program into something relatively decent as it gave the team something that every struggling programs dreams to have: confidence....let's see if this confidence rolls into this season.

recap?

well this was a good way to start the season off.

so far we are:

4 - 1 up about 6.5 units

North Texas mean green made it a bit scary as they barely covered the +34.5......
37 - 3 anyone?

the only disappointments today was Okie ST losing a close one.....

so far my two losses have been a half pointer and a game where i had a +7.5 and they lose by TEN.

i'll take a few of those losses instead of blowouts anyday....shows that my capping skills are doin well and not too rusty after a year of slumber.
