EXPOS/MARLINS Under 8.5 ?115 - This looks like an unexpectedly great pitching matchup! Redman was supposed to bolster the Marlins staff this year, but I don?t think that anyone expected him to be THIS good. Granted, he has an 8.31 ERA in his last 3 starts, but those numbers are skewed by one particularly bad start in Colorado, which is certainly forgivable. Redman has done his best pitching here at home, where he has a brilliant 2.98 ERA and 1.13 ratio, limiting opposing batters to a .232 batting average. Most impressively, Redman has not allowed more than 4 earned runs in ANY of his 12 home starts! Not to be outdone, Day has been equally impressive on the road, where he has a remarkable 2.64 ERA in 8 starts, covering 47.2 innings. The Phillies hit him hard at home in his last start, but that snapped a streak of 5 consecutive starts where Day allowed 2 runs or less! Finally, the Under is now 7-1 in this year?s head-to-head meetings between these clubs here in Florida.

totally agree with you on this one, the marlins are emotionally down today knowing they are without Mike Lowell the rest of the season. think the expos win this one 4-1.
good luck today

looked at the same play, but was put off by home plate ump bill welke's average of 10.5 rpg in nl games. i'm sure that's one of the highest in the league.
