Is there anyway for a person to a call a cell phone free from a pay phone?

Just wondering, trying to get info from a person that can only use a pay phone, and was wondering if there was any free way for a person to dial a cell number a few states away from a pay phone? Any ideas or suggestions?

yeah sending prepaid calling cards is the way to go....some of them super duper cheap........just my opinion :shrug:

Try this...Get them to use 1800COLLECT to call your cell, but don't answer it. Use the callerID on your cell to call back the pay phone. Of course, you would need nationwide long distance for it to be free. Most cell phone companies are offering it nowadayz.
