1st 1/2......173-165, +41 Units
2nd 1/2......223-204, +109.71 Units

Extra inning losses on TB and Balt left a real bad taste in my mouth. Both teams had many chances to end the game, but just couldn't get that clutch 2-out hit:( . Now on a 3-day skid, hopefully get back on track today:)......

Braves ML-157 x3 (Ortiz)
Braves RL-110 x2 (Ortiz)

Twinkies ML-105 x3 (Balfour)
StL/Cubs Under9.5-120 x3

Good luck, everyone!!!!!!

Thanks, guys. Good luck to you today:)

Thunderlips: Sorry for the late reply. The Minny play was more anti-Angels than other reasons, but TerryRay has some nice info on Balfour in his thread here......

http://www.madjacksports.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=108466

I've seen him a couple of times, and he has 2 good pitches. Low to mid 90 fastball and a sharp slider. He will probably go 5, maybe 6, depending on how effective he will be in the game. Minny's BP is well-rested, so if they have a lead, I think they have a good chance of keeping it. Ortiz has really struggled, and this is the last game of their road trip, and a stretch where they only had 1 rest since the 5th of August. Minny also has an excellent record in closing out series after a W. So I thought -105 is a low price to lay, especially considering the motivation factor for both teams.

Hope this helps. GL!

Damn it! I fell for the trap. What a fawking jackass:mad:. I should have known almost every time I lay the heavy juice, I end up choking on it.

Sorry for the Braves pick. Hopefully the Expos can hang on and I can save some face:eek:

Chenks, looks like so far my numbers are WAY OFF in the day games. I won't be laying any more heavy juice any time soon, except in a parlay. But FWIW, I'll be on the ChiSox tonite. No arguments on LA except Browny's been shakey by his standards lately. He's still better than most pitchers out there, but he gets no run support when he's out on the mound. I wouldn't play Sea until tomorrow in G3. TB had plenty of chances to win last nite, just couldn't get the key hits. I think if they were to win a game in this series, it would be this game. Although Waechter is a big question mark, since he'll have a lot of friends and family in the stands to watching him in his 1st MLB start. Baltimore blew their chance to snap their losing streak last nite, and Oak is red hot. But again, the JUICE:mad:.

I guess if there's one heavy juice team I'd lay off tonite, it would be the M's. Hope this helps. Good luck, bud.

1 more day game......

Ari/SD Over8+120 x3

Mil/Cin Under9 seems to be stuck around -145. Don't think I've ever seen that. Might have to jump on the Over just for the principles alone:D. Good luck!!!!!!

ddubs, FWIW, I thought your Atlanta play today was a good bet even though Traschel was going for the Mets. This was a critical game for Ortiz if he is holding any Cy Young hopes. He will have to have 22 or 23 wins, IMO, if he is to wrest the award away from Gagne of the Dodgers. You would think the rest of the team would be fired up to score some runs for him, wouldn't you?

Anyway, thanks for posting and congrats on a great year! I am looking forward to coattailing you guys again this year in hockey!

Mike:)

Need some serious damage control tonite. Could have been dis-ass-trous if it wasn't for that lucky win by Minny......

Royals ML+145 x3 (Gobble)

Pitt/Fla Over8-101 x3

Hope everyone's doing better than me today:D. Good luck!!!!!!
