Hey, good posts in Chenkers thread, agree with most of what you guys say, What think of Okie State at home to bounce back in a big way? Let's face it, Wyoming will be pretty poor again this year, their offensive line is a mess, and even though QB Bramlet is back, they could only put up 21 points against Montana State, a decent but not great 1AA team, and 7 of those were on a blocked punt return for TD. If not for the 5 turnovers they got from Mont. St, they may have got beat.
Ok. State will be wanting to pile up some points after the debacle last week in Lincoln, when they shot themselves in the foot more than anything. 5 turnovers. These guys put up 38 on O.U. last year, and averaged nearly 35 points a game. They should at least score in the 40's here and win it something like 48-14. Biggest play of the week for me. Good luck.

Totally agree with you. This will be my biggest play (outside of last night's under) of the weekend. Even made it my POD in the thread here.

Wyoming defense is nothing like Nebraskas (well, they both field 11 players, but that's where the similarities end). I think OK St offensive coordinator let's loose this week, and Woods will show everybody why he's one of the most dangerous receivers in the game. Wyoming does return all defensive backfield from last year, but not sure if that's a good thing, as they gave up 285 yards per game last year.

And granted, Nebraska isn't the most talented offensive team in the world, but OK St did a great job shutting them down, especially on the short fields given to Nebraska by all the turnovers. I think all those turnovers, and perceived weakness against Nebraska is what's keeping this line down where it is.

I've also made a halftime play giving 11.5 (should be covered by the first quarter). I pretty much agree with your final score prediction, since Wyoming should get at least a couple of TDs against an OK St team that isn't great against the pass (but they should be able to pressure Bramlett since Wyoming had to replace both starting tackles).

good luck to you.

Good call on that under Barley. Yes, Glenn did nothing but win at Montana, will probably take him a couple years here, you're right. I'm from Council Bluffs. Husker fan however. I think NC State will beat Wake by about 14 also, and my underdog play would have to be San Jose State. Stanford isn't going to be very good I don't believe, San Jose should hang in.
