LA Tech -4 (-108)
ok, the line's at 4 and holding....
here's my take on the game:
YES, LA TECH have won the last 4 meetings head to head...but these teams haven't played since 2000...that's a LONG time.
that being said:
i like to see how teams have performed h/a the last 2 years....(get a more recent look at the teams)
Louisiana-Lafayette has a 3 -3 home record while LA tech is 3 - 5 on the road.....which is why i feel the -4 is justified and not out of the question....to be honest, i expected it to be more along the lines of -3.
now, let's see how these teams did in their first games of the season:
(from a website):
These two Louisiana schools would love to get something positive going after tough opening weeks. The two have yet to score an offensive touchdown as ULL scored on a blocked field goal against South Carolina, while the Bulldogs were only able to muster three field goals against Miami.

now in regards to LA TECH covering the -4
it's possible...IF LA TECH was considered a higher echelon WAC team....but they're not. They're only expected to be sub .500 this season....and winning on the road against a 3 - 3 sunbelt team that only lost 14 - 7 ON THE ROAD to south carolina (which has one of the better defenses in the league this year...).....it would be a pass for me.

BUT, you have made me wonder why the total is at 52......?????
i'm gonna look into that.
