Toledo + 7 (LOCAL) Gotta love it. Tennessee game took it's toll on marshall. Toledo basically had a scrimmage last week against Liberty to gear up for the ealy season showdown.
The line has steamed down to 5.5, and I gotta believe it is smart Money. If the line moved the other way I 'd think it was Public money on the chalk.
