I thought the spread would be a little lower.
It seems easy to take ND here.
Rivalry is always close - only 3 out of last 18 meetings between these teams decided by more than 10 points.
Also, I'm noticing everyone on here taking the Irish.
Even Michigan fans are taking ND.

Does anyone like Michigan?

Also, does anyone know who "public's" $ is on?

Thanks

My money is on ND. Haven't seen anyone in the forum play UM yet. Be sure there is lots of Joe Public money on Michigan though. UM has the largest alumni base in the country, therefore most Michigan big game spreads get inflated.

On paper, Michigan wins convincingly. However, the history of this series tells us that it will be a close game. Dog is 7-0 in last seven meetings fwiw.

All that said, keep a close eye on UM OL vs ND DL. ND's defensive front is very thin, and with gametime temps in the 80's on that hot field turf, they could get worn out. If Michigan is controlling the ball and keeping ND's do on the field in the 1st half, lay the wood on UM in the 2nd half. Also note that UM will play more players on D than any other team in the country game in and game out. Lots of very young but very talented defensive depth at Lloyd's disposal.

I gotta stay off this game. How many times have we seen a ton of people on one side (because the line is way off) and the other side covers? This is setting up up to be one of those games.

Maybe a small play on UM just because everyone else is on ND.

cwood - thanks for your input

I agree, mademan, looks like too many points, too many people on ND. I'll stay away or maybe play Michigan small.
