I don't know if you used one before but I have a bone stimulator that I used for my neck fusion. I used it for about 3 months and I guess with it and my own bone the fusion has taken well after a failed one. The company told me it adds about 5-10 % points in a successful fusion or graft. I still have the case with about 70 9-volt batteries, 25 round sticky-like electrodes with the wires attached that go directly into stimulator. ABout the same number of water proof cover deals for the electrodes. When you want to shower just unplug the electrodes from the stimulator. My health insurance paid for it alot of them don't. If you want to use it let me know- just an idea. It is just sitting in my closet collecting dust.
