Would you mind sharing the settings that you use when running your X-Box?

I've ran 4 match-ups for this week and they all scored over 80pts in each game. The games are lasting 2 hrs. Is that normal? I'm going to Play Now and then setting up the teams and putting the controller in the middle and then start the game......
