I know that they are a big 12 team and get big 12 talent. But are they really that good? I watched alot of the Penn State game and can't see Nebraska even being ever a 7+ favorite. Lord sucks they can't throw down field. The running game is nowhere where it used to be. i just can't see giving up 10.5 points.

Sothern Miss I know the starter is out but have heard the back-up is just as strong? Don;'t know does anybody else out there know anything.

I just see at home on THURSDAY night Nebraska having trouble. I see a low scoring game with S. Miss having a chance in the end to win out right

I don't know how bad Nebraska is, but Southern Miss has been awful. They were slaughtered by Cal, and were outgained by UAB and Memphis in their two wins. They are giving up 188 ypg rushing and 4.75 ypc so far this year. Furthermore, this team will not run on Nebraska. SouMiss averages a putrid 3.0 ypc and 130 ypg. So, to score they have to throw. Their backup QB (starting tonight) is 7/22 for 93 yds, and a rating of 67.3.

Be very very careful taking these points.

The Nebraska - Ok St game was the worst television game Ive seen all season. Not sure if I plan on watching MNF's Packers - Bears though.

Hmmm. There are some good ones and some bad ones. Worst, I don't know about that. It was for me because I wanted both teams to lose. But that can't happen unfurtunately!
