my sorry record:
college...
sides-----20-35-1 -47.08 units
totals----15-5-1 +16.44 units
nfl-----
sides----8-3 +7.58 units
totals---7-3 +11.68 units
it's funny that my strength in the past is college sides. will start cutting down on my plays for college.
4*n. texas-16.5(-148)---big step down in class this week for nt vs. ull, & expect a big win for nt. nt is 3-0 su & ats vs. ull the last 3 yr's, winning by a combined 82-17(2 shutouts) score. this is nt's conf. opener & are 11-1 su & 9-3 ats in sbc play. ull is 1-5 su & 2-4 ats in sbc road games. n. tex. is returning 8 starters from last yr's squad that gave up an average of 15 pts per game. they will be facing a poor ull offense that has a qb that hit 8 of 31 passes the last 2 weeks, have averaged 106 yds. per game on the ground this yr., & have averaged 10 ppg this yr. on defense ull has allowed 612 yds. rushing on 5.5 ypc. in the last 2 games. n. tex. has depth at running back & 2 experienced qb's to take advantage of this poor ull defense. imo, i feel that nt will take revenge out on ull for their past few weeks of frustrations
4*syracuse-2.5(-135)---toledo made a huge comeback last week to upset pitt., after beating hated rival marshall the week before. toledo has played in a dome only 3 times in the last 3 yrs., with a 1-2 su & ats record. su's option attack will be the first time that a young toledo lb corps. has faced this yr., & may feel the heat of the dome as the game wears on. su rb reyes has averaged 6.9 yds. per carry, while qb anderson is completing 63% of his passes with a 3-0 td/to ratio, and may be able to control the clock to keep toledo offense off the field & protect syr. defensive holes. also su is 10-2-2 ats at home in last 14 non-conf. home games & 10-2 ats at home off a home game.on the other hand, toledo is 1-17-1 ats in their last 19 su losses. imo, syr. got toledo in the right spot to win this game & cover the spread.
i also took buffalo+17 & akron -13 for $2 each just for the hell of it.
good luck
more to come
