OU -5.5 over Texas....Young will add another dismension to Texas attack.OU defense will be going against the best offense they have seen so far.But Texas defense will have a tough afternoon stopping White and co.
Underdog has dominated in this series but Mack is 1-10 vs Top 5 teams and Stoops will adjust and out coach him.
Get the shovel out.OU wins by 2 td's.

Miami -35 over Buffalo
Redhawks will dominate this game from the coin flip.The only thing the Bulls might win today is the coin flip.And after that there in trouble.No defense what so ever. No offense,cannot score.With 6'5 Roethlisberger at Qb he will pass at will with all the time in the world.Lyr they won 49-0.Redhawks are better and Buffalo is worse.In last 4 games Miami has scored 44,41,42 and 45 in last 4 games vs Col St,Northwestern,Cinncy,etc
Big time blowout.Best bet today....

Purdue -12 over Penn St
Purdue defense is solid.Lions offense to predictable with no running attack.Purdue with Orton has a balanced attack.Papa Joe in trouble again.

Texas Tech -16 over iowa St....BJ,BJ,BJ,BJ,BJ,BJ..thats how many TD's he throws today.ISU defense in trouble.Pad those stats.Leach is trying for Heisman numbers.
He will keep throwing in the 4th qrt.You gotta love that and your only giving up 2 tds.

NC St -16 over UConn
W/o Caulley UConn drops big time.A frosh Brockington has taken over.NC St with Rivers will have a field day vs Conn DB's.Conn led lehigh 14-3 at half last week.They gave up over 221 yds passing to them.This will be the toughest challange Conn defense has seen besides VT. WolfPack running game is terrible also.
Orvolvsky will throw vs NC and get some big numbers but in 2nd half Conn will tire.Rivers will give big time headaches to conn.
Also Uconn kickers are 0-7 in last attempts.They can't kick a FG.I see the Wolfpack winning this 45-21.Thats hoping Conn can kick the extra pt.

West Vir -18 over Rutgers...
C'mon...They own Rutgers.Forget last weeks tough loss to the canes.Lyr at Rutgers 40-0.And please lets not forget 2 yrs ago.The score was 80-7.Thats the last time a Knight came to Morgantown.
Hart has no feet.RU running improved.But WV rolls big today...

Louisville -31 over Army....
Cards could win this 45-0.Who knows.Army has been shutout.Last nite I was with 2 of my buddies from West Point.Everyone is upset Army hasn't fired Berry.On Tues the 5 classes of graduates that will be honored at the homecoming game next week will not enter the stadium and sit outside and listen to the game on the radio.A protest at the Point.Unheard of.
Berry will be canned by tuesday.
No time for stas.No OL at all.No running game.No passing attack.A decent defense but cannot stay with shelton and co.

North Texas -6.5 over Idaho...like my mean green here.Defense will shut Vandals down.Poor NT offense will score just enough to get a cover.Lyr it was 10-0.This yr 14-3.

Cuse +18 over VT..hate going against my favorite team
Maimi +7 over FSU...Canes will have some miracle to win outright or cover
Pitt -8.5 over Notre dame...ND is terrible.No offense,no QB. Holiday is taking a Holiday with Robinson.Fitz and Rutherford.
Gatech +4.5 over Wake.....close game.If Tech decides to show up they win this outright.

San Jose st -8 over Smooo....stop Kincade and SJ wins by 10 or more
New mex St +4 over Middle Tenn...Esp if Hines is out.Aggies could win outright.

Game I loved but staying away..Ok St-Kansas St.
Lyr loved +14 OSU.Woods,Bell,etc.No way Cowboys wouldn't cover 2 tds.Big game,mucho dinero,etc,etc.Kansas St won 44-9.
I thing KSU will win and cover but just played it on my little tickets.Probaly will cave in and take KSU to redeem some lost dinero from lyr.

Steve,in 1969 I'm a freshman at North Texas.Everyone tells me and my roomate we have to go to Dallas on Friday nite and see the parade of cars on Commerce street during OU-Texas game.State fiar is going on,etc
We get there late and walk thru downtown Dallas.Being a New Yorker I have never seen anything like this.Thousands of cars,bumper to bumper beeping there horns displaying the long horn "hook'em sihn or the OU upside down sigh.Everyone was giving us the middle finger sign because we didn't know what to do.I do remember yellin out Mets,Mets,because it was the 2nd or 3rd game of the world series.
Over 600 people were arrested that nite.Fights,things being thrown out of windows.
Unless you been there its hard to explain it.I'll never forget it.
But then 30 yrs later my daughter ends up at UT and tells me she is going to Dallas for the Texas-OU game.
And her stories weren't as bad as mine but daddy was worried.

Nothing, Not a thing like it use to be. Been there once and it was wild. Women, Beer, Beer and you had to pick your side of the street, Now, Too many Police to get out of hand anymore. Your Daughter is safe, although she might have an adult beverage or two.

Bows -3.5 over Fresno
Hawaii has beaten Fresno the past 2 yrs 31-21 and 38-34.The past 4 times at home they have covered.Chang lyr beat them on the mainland.Owens in back.That should help.
Fresno offense is pretty bad.OL is all banged up.Bows defense is bad.
Both teams hit with injuries.
