Charleston, SC Travel Advice?

Part of my deal with my gf and betting on sports is that when I do well some of it goes towards her. Well, thanks to a nice run we will be going to Charleston SC for the weekend We have the B&B setup, but I was wondering if anyone could recommend any restaurants or anything else that we should plan to see. This will be my 1st time there and her 2nd.

I have been there about ten times. The SC Aquarium is located there, as well as the Hunley exhibit ( a Confederate submarine). The ferry ride to Fort Sumter and tour are recommended. Some nice beaches are Isle of Palm and Sullivan's Island.
Charleston is packed with first class restaurants. I like Hyman's
(seafood) and Vincenzo's (Italian). Both moderately priced.
