I have been betting against central flroida and doing well. They have not covered now 3 weeks in a row.

To my disappointment I cannot find this line anywhere. I will take this spread anywhere from 14 down.

This team is serious trouble. If anyone has seen this line please let me know

good luck

I got it at -5 today, I prefer the Zips in their usual role as an underdog, but agree that this CFU team is pretty damn bad and I like the Zips to cover this small number.:iagree:

Anybody know if Schneider is playing? I see he is listed as day to day. He didn't play the last 2 games which was part of the problem.

Had the pleasure of watching my OU Bobcats crush UCF last week. OU was playing a 3rd string quarterback most of the game and a 2nd and 3rd string running back. The difference in the game was OU's offensive line dominating a non-disciplined UCF D. UCF would actually taunt and talk sh*t when tackling OU, after a 10+ gain. It happend time and time again.

That said, UCF's O is puke. Their O line is not that big, and you can tell their not there to be run blockers. Their receivers look to be pretty gifted but the QB they have now looks to run before he looks to through. That could all change with Schneider in there as he is the real deal. However, Akron should romp regardless, more so if Schneider is out. UCF was looking to fight more than they were looking to win. And wait until they get a load of a cool, crisp autumn afternoon in Akron. At least at OU it was in the mid seventies.

Good luck

;)

for those looking for day-to-day local reports on these two teams, the orlando sentinel and akron beacon journal do a pretty good job of reporting on each local college.

you can book mark this page for the akron beacon-journals webpage devoted to the university of akron:

http://www.ohio.com/mld/ohio/sports/colleges/university_of_akron/

and the orlando sentinels webpage devoted to the university of central floida is here (you might have to register your email address for this one, but it took me all of 3 seconds)

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/sports/college/knights/

both local papers have some news on the upcoming game.
looks to me like schneider is pretty close to playing, and if he does, that changes A LOT because they are extremely efficient with him at quarterback and extremely bad when he is on the sidelines. if he plays, this game could have points galore.

the official athletic websites for each team (probably wont have any "breaking news" but as we all know, theyre good for stats and general articles:

www.gozips.com
www.ucfathletics.com
