NY YANKS +106 *** TRIPLE PLAY ***
OVER 7.5 Even * Single Play *

As much as I hate NY, I can't see them losing this one tonite. YANKEES own PEDRO compared to the rest of the baseball world as PEDRO has only won 10 of his 25 starts vs the BRONX BOMBERS. He hasn't been all that great in the postseason this year, and now he's a ROAD FAV in NY??? Give me a break.

CLEMENS is not the ROCKET of old, but he's still nails imo. He is as competitive as they come and he'll definitely be up for this one. If they wind continues blowing like last nite, I can see some runs hitting the board in this one as the bats for both clubs woke up yesterday.

If PEDRO falters, I'm sure BOSTON brings in WAKEFIELD but that would mean NYY was already winning by 3-4, and it won't matter if NY can't figure out the knucker. His ball may be going all over with the wind though, so not sure how effective he would be.

Last point is, TORRE has NEVER lost an ALCS series 5 for 5, BOSTON is still under the curse, and the curse continues tonite!

Curses are like mermaids and the tooth fairy...you hear about them alot but none of them have any substance.

Boston wins and the Rocket fizzles :D

Right on Render! You are on point with Pedro info....25 starts vs NYY and the Sox have won 10 and lost 15
Torre 5-5 in ALCS....NYY have only lost 1 ALCS (1980 vs KC)...& the only time the NYY lost a postseason series leading 3-2 heading to Yankee Stadium was in the 1926 World Series to the St.Louis Cardinals...not only do they have all of this history on their side...look at the inept history on the other side!

Pats---Do not tell me Curses are not a part of the history of sports! Prior & Wood had not lost back to back games all year...& the GOAT came back to bite them on the ass just 5 outs away from WS....if you can seriously say that the 8th inning of Game 6 was legit & that some higher power was not at work, then I say "Holy Cow!" Baseball more than any other sport, is measured by history. Curse of the Bambino alive and well tonight in, ironically, the House that Ruth Built, vs the team that sold him off for $100,000! Now they will try and buck the curse vs their former beloved ace Roger Clemens, now toeing the rubber for the "Evil Empire". The Baseball Gods have spoken with a great script for tonight...would the script really end with Clemens losing the final game of his career vs BOS in a game 7 at Yankee Stadium with a berth in the WS at stake? I think not...although Pedro does have a better shot to win tonight than the tooth fairy.:D

I'll take the biggest BIG GAME pitcher over the last 15 years in a must-win game at home as an underdog...:firing: NYY + 110
Good luck all! We're in for a treat...a true classic awaits...sit back & enjoy a matchup for the ages:)
