Hey i have written 4 times in last 2 weeks have nmade post here and talked on phone twice over a month ago, our super bowl party at madjacks is a major production that takes almost 6 months of work with different people t the resort , the casino, f&b cattering and vendors as well as the outside audio video crew, just give us a simple yes or no on the shirts can not wait any longer. Like i said we have 5 books that help out every year, you wrote me wanting to be apart of it well i am out of time , i have meetings at least twice a week with the party stuff and sunset and outside production people and it will even be more now, this is not just some bum set up it is a 3 day mini convention that sunset does a great job in helping me put it together to make it the best privite party on that day and i should know since jeri my wife is asst. dir. of conventions and cattering at the aladdin, she has been at the vienatin, ceasers and ballys as well as golden nugget in the same position so she know what is top of the line, our privite party is better then any casino hosted party in vegas, top of the line food served on real china and silver ware , top shel liquor and great floor people and banquette servers. so it is not some small production, it was even listed in the rj last year in the around town section and was rated tops in vegas ,it ws reported to them from sunset and stations casinos and they checked it out for themself.
Maybe you do not understand the work i go through for this party as well as many others from stations casino to pull this 3 dat event off, cocktail party fri night top of the line, sat drink and sink basketball day where stations gives us as many drink tickets as we need and sunday the top of the line party in a privite banquette room with 2 8 foot screens and a unreal sound system, this year looks like the hotters girls will be servers. so I am not being rude but need a yes or no by tues if you want to be a part of it if not just say no i have a back up who is more then willing to do shirts 80 and mugs and mouse pads. please let me know by tues if i do not here from you i will take that as a no and just replace you, no hard feelings but my time is very limited on this. soon i will be having meetings 2-3 times a week with our casino host, dir of sports book and pres. of sunset stations because they make good money off of this and go out of their way to make it first class so they get us back and they have for 3 years they go all out and stations casino and sunset is nicer then some strip resorts and their suite are top knotch which we get 3-4 each year and the restruants are rated 4* in the vegas food guide and sonmar celler is rated a 5* the best you can get here. So as you see a lot of work goes into this please let me know you approached us if not no big deal i have a top rated book as a back up who has said and got it oked for the 80 shirts,mouse pads and some kind of drinking glass for each guest. please respond sandman_g@msn.com thank you for your time and if it is to much for you we understand just please tell us
