i very much agree on bowling green- assuming the line is fair. we both know niu will be able to run the ball a little on bowling green, but i still think the falcons get this game and cover.

i could be dead wrong but i expect the line to be bowling green laying chalk (-3 or so)

what do you think?

bgsu at home is nails. i cant see vegas making niu a chalk. if they do, thats clearly a soft line.

well considering the lack-luster performance today at Yipsi....and NIUs man-handling against Western Michigan...I see NIU -2.5

It`ll be under 3 to make you take NIU IMO. And even though the score shows NIU in a blowout...it was anything but. Western twice had the ball in the redzone, and twice threw an INT and twice NIU turned them into points. Plus Munson hurt his hand in the 3rd quarter...and shitty ass Jon Drach entered the game, and we all know how bad he is. Phil Reed left in the 1st quarter with an injury - so that threw the running game out thw window.

So yea, I think NIU -2.5 at the Doyt

you are right though re: this weeks results.
bgsu was lacklaster up north in emu
whereas northern illinois was semi-impressive

(by the way, what a weird, weird day in the mac. the same ball state team that i was giving props to for not turning the ball over this year <just one time all year> had TWO interceptions returned for touchdowns by miami in the first HALF. then ohio goes down to lexington for you and plays a damn solid game but absolutely sh1ts the bed in the 2h for you. they played kentucky even in almost every category. weird stuff)

Thats why we call it taking a chance days like today. Hell be easy if we could play then with just 30 seconds left in the game. And even then we miss a few.
