I hate to try and predict the outcome of games months in advance, but my Chiefs are going to get there ass handed to them Dec. 20 when they go to the Metrodome and play the Vikings. That was the luckiest win yet. Our defense still sucks.
I wouldn't count them out already. Minnesota has to falter some time... and KC will be their strongest opposition up to that time. (Minnesota only barely held on despite Denver's having no QB and in large part due to a momentum gaining Hail Mary/lateral.)
That game probably won't mean anything. The Vikings and Chiefs will probably both have nothing to play for at that point with the pathetically weak schedule each team has. Broncos have some brutal road games left and quarterbacks dropping like flies. Vikings will probably have homefield wrapped up by then in the pathetic looking NFC where being over five hundred gives you a wild card.
I know it isn't even halftime, and maybe I will jinx my Chiefs into lighting a fire under their ass, but I had a feeling something like this would happen. Our defense is still pathetic. Remember this when you are making your NFL Playoff wagers. I just hope this doesn't get to embarassing.
