Doc you are right treat the symptoms for get a cure or reason. Been going on more and more for last 25 years. Take to asprian and get some sleep. call me in afew days if you dont feal better. Of course if your still alive. Chit that kind of care while these Doc's all live in 500 to 700 thousand $$ homes. At least in my location they do. And at that they say there getting screwed. Guess they forgot what Docs were about 50/60 years ago. But then everyone has forgot. Guess it's not all there fault.

In all seriousness, your average general practitioner or internal medicine doctor makes about 100-125k, and thats if they have a good job. They also work at least 60 hours per week, and work never stops when they go home. This all comes after going to four years of medical school, four (or more) years of residency/fellowship (where the pay sucks), all the while accumulating 150+k in loans that pile up interest daily.

Most doctors do get royally screwed. This does not pertain to me, as I am going into Radiology, which does not have many of the above problems. But trust me, being a doctor is not an easy job, and if any job deserves the compensation, it does.

I worked hard for a masters degree. Then went to work 50 sometime 55 hours aweek. Traveled all over this planet for 15 years to some real chit holes. But hey had afamily to take care of liked my work. For the most part my first 20 years with the company was paid under 60 grand ayear. Ya did well last 19 years. But know one should think they should start neer the top in there profesion with out paying the dues. There are may things avaliable other then being a Doc. And something tells me you get the chit you do so the week can be washed out and sent packing. As it should be. And maybe starting Docs are around your numbers for afew years. But they make good hey after 5 to 10 years. As it should be they payed the dues. But when I see them complain about the wonderful lives they have. Well I think there barking up the wrong tree.
