With the govt starting to crackdown on offshore funding sources, and seeing it harder and harder to get $$$$ from the US Consumers to offshore accounts, Im trying to do research on what it might take to open a company/service that acts like Paypal, Firepay, Neteller, etc that makes it quite easy to fund offshore accounts. I constantly hear how difficult it is to fund offshore accounts, and would like to try and remedy that if possible. Anyone here have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions as to what it might take to start something such as this? Could it be done? Any info would be appreciated........thanks:)

Good luck with your venture, but you need at least one million capital to even begin something like this. You need attorneys on retainer, software, advertising, bandwith, security features, programmers, etc. You also need to be licensed to handle credit card transactions, plus dealing with every type of bank for wire transfers. If you are serious, good luck, but this would take years of planning and cost you LOTS. Plus you are from the US, so you won't be able to offer anything different than neteller.
