I know last 10 meetings most of them have gone Over .. but Blues team has been stressing defence .. Osgoode playing against his former team . . Blues not scoring a lot of goals .. Hasek knows that Cujo starts tomorrow and will want a shutout today . .. I think this one has good chance of staying under.
Blues are 6-1-1 to the Under .. Wings are 7-1 to the Under this season.
Ducks Game
Ducks seem to be playing defence again. Gerber is hot in the net. Playing B2B for the first time but I am sure he will do well. Ducks have allowed 1 goal each in last 2 games. In last 3 games Gerber has allowed 0, 1 and 1 goals respectively.
Ducks are tired. Could be but there is a lot of trouble in the Caps Land. Caps have scored 2, 1, 2, 1, 1 and 1 goal in last 6 games.
I know everyone is on the Ducks. But I think they dont score 3 goals. I dont trust the Caps defence and hence the Caps Team Total Under @ + money.
Philly Game
Philly after a couple of games giving up 4 goals each time bounced back by giving Esche a shutout. Esche who had a 3.xx GAA in previous games was very happy and I am sure his confidence is higher.
Hitchcock was happy with the goaltending and defensive perormance by Philly in the last game and I am sure this will persist for this game also.
Florida scored 3 goals against Atlanta. I personally dont think they get more than 1 goal today.
I was deciding betn Philly Team Total Under 3 Goals and Game Under 4 1/2. If Florida scores 1 then to lose game Under Philly has to score 4. With this scenario my Philly team Total Under would lose. The Philly team total bet is @ -130 and game total is @ +110. I think the % support the game under.
Luongo has been real good in the net and is one of the best goaltenders right now. Florida does allow a lot of shots on goal and after some questioning of the players attitude by the coach they did outshoot Rangers 30-28. Shields was impressive in his first game in the net for Florida and this gave some relief and rest to Luongo who has stopped (and faced) the most number of shots in the league.
Philly has been scoring a lot lately and Leclair coming back is a welcome addition to their offence. But am counting on Luongo having a good game. I am sure he along with some others remember the 6 goals they gave up to Philly last time out.
I had said that I would not bother with 4 1/2 totals. But I think this one has a fair chance of going Under and we will play the percentages. Some other angles also point to the Under.
