YTD 111-88-2 +24.00 Units

Well, hoping to rebound after losing a little under a unit last week. A couple of plays that I played Sunday but have not had the time to post info yet. Here goes:

MSU +4**
With the Spartans coming off their bye week and Michigan coming off their big win against Purdue, this should be a great game. Spartans record and ranking are legit with quality road wins and solid home wins, especially against Iowa. If not for the La.Tech loss at home the Spartans would be ranked no.3 and undefeated. Definitely a home dominated series I look for Smoker to stretch the field and continue his fine play this year. Navarre has struggled this year when forced to throw down field or stretch the field in losses at Iowa and Oregon. Definitely a different Wolverine team when on the road. Gotta grab the pts.

Georgia -2.5**
Bulldogs are banged up and have almost been caught sleep walking the last two weeks against Vandy and UAB which could be reason for the lower line. As well, the Gators are coming off tough road wins at LSU and Ark. Richt again should outcoach another SEC opponent and the Bulldogs defense should cause Leak problems down field. Georgia D has been resilient and consistent all year. I feel Georgia has more depth and the better athletes as well as more exp. Georgia by at TD.

GLTA!

Duke +26*
Vols coming off big 5OT game against Alabama. Miami is on deck on Duke looked much better with a new coach last week against NC St. playing inspired football. A non-conf. game and I see the Vols doing just enough with more important on tap.

Ark -3*
Razors might have both of their running backs ready for Sat. Regardless, no way this team loses again. Kentucky has not played well against quality opponents. Looking for Ark to bounce back in the win column.

Pitt. +1*
Eagles have been weird team. Losing bad at SU and knocking off ND. Eagles will score against a weak Pitt defense but Pitt should be able to exploit a weak and inconsistent Eagles defense. Maybe a bit of a letdown after getting up to play their Catholic rival. Pitt by 10pts.

Love the Duke play. I would think if they are up by 20 something in the 4th Tenn will rest some starters for next week. Your right about Duke though, played much better last week and should be able to hang in there. I don't think Tenn wants to show off much against the Miami scouts.

Good luck Horns!!!!

Off to a rough start losing both Thursday plays.

Adding:

Miami - ML(-160)***
Hokies rush defense is terrible and if the 'Canes get production in the running game and get a bit of a lead it will allow the 'Canes D to be even more aggressive. Can't see the 'Canes losing. Hokies are overrated, they have beat nobody whereas all the 'Canes do is win the BIG games every year under Coker. Road tested and will win this game.

South Carolina +7*
Gamecocks might catch Ole Miss looking ahead to Auburn and the Rebels running took a hit losing one of their top running backs. Miss will get the win but it won't be easy and SC stays inside the number.

Gators are going to be without DE Bobby McCrary due to academics. This will hurt the Gators who have a young D.

There you go with those horns again  Just kidding man as I actually love Texas this week also ... believe Nebraska has only played 2 road games so far this season and should be in for a rude awakening being away from their cozy homefield advantage. Seems like a good spot for Texas to roll as I think your RB Benson is back this week?? Another question .... is the running QB Young the entrenched starter now?? Good luck to us on the Longhorns tomorrow.
