YTD 92-86, +4.4 Units

2 LUCKY wins last nite, maybe my luck is changing:shrug:. Also thanks for the words, everyone. Going with these today......

Rangers ML-135 x2
Kings ML-110 x1
Hawks ML+280 x1

I'm assuming the Kings line is low because Huet might be in goal. Murray was quoted that Huet will play 1 game on this road trip, and this is the LAST game. If Roman is in goal then this will be a 2 Unit play. I will post if I find out anything about it.

As always, good luck, everyone!!!!!!

ddubs, GL to you tonight. It is just a matter of time when you will be on another run like the one that got you up 30+ units earlier in the year. Hopefully, you are in the early stages of one right now.

I am very sorry to hear that someone has sent you any type of negative email. It must be someone that is new here, because anyone that has been around for a while knows what a knowledgable hockey expert you are. Also, I know that you feel bad when you are in a losing streak (which everyone has, regardless of expertise), not only for yourself, but for all that coattail your plays. You are a stand-up guy, ddubs, and I, for one, would like to take this opportunity to thank you (and Horns, Chenker, Vicc, and others) for taking the time to share your expertise with those of us that do not have your expertise.

THANKS, ddubs and I hope you keep posting and don't let one or two get you down.

Mike

Good luck dubber,

Liking the Kings and Rangers, would have played Chi but do not know how the call up from the AHL will do. Got some info for you on him.

Goaltender Craig Henderson was called up from the minors.

In 10 games for Norfolk this season, Anderson was 4-6-0 with a 2.29 goals against average and a .909 save percentage.

#31 Craig Andersson
Height: 6.02 Weight: 180 Born: 05/21/81, Barrington, Ill

Goaltender Catches: Left

Last Club: Admirals, Chicago (NHL)

Acquired: Selected by Chicago in the third round

(73rd overall) of the 2001 NHL Entry Draft.

Hope it helps.

Vinny:cool:

Thank you very much, guys. No hate mails since yesterday, LOL. Those mail really never bothered me (started since the last month of baseball season when I hit another skid), since those cowards were all hiding behind hotmail and yahoo accts. Just kinda lost my cool yesterday because I was frustrated with this long losing streak, and reading that crap was like pouring salt on my wound. Sorry to bring that trash into the forum, it won't happen again.

I'm gonna stick with the Hawks since I got a good line on them. I don't have the figures, but someone mentioned last yr that rookie goalies making their NHL debut were winning at Over 60% the last few yrs, and were quite successful last season, just like the "new headcoach" angle (wink wink, nudge nudge for tomorrow;) )

I'm deciding whether to take the GS Over or not. My numbers come up to 17, 18, with all 3 games with more than avg chance of hitting the Over. I'll either bet 1 game or bet the GS. I'll post after I look into the games a little further. Still have a bad taste in my mouth after losing the last GS by 1/2:mad:

Thanks again, guys. Best of luck tonite!:D

2 totals......

Salami Over15.5-112 x2
Chi/Det Over5-116 x1.5

We have 2 confirmed back-up goalies for 2 of the 3 road teams (Conklin, Leighton/Anderson), and possibly Huet for the Kings. Edmonton is in the 4th game of 6 game 10 day road trip, and travelled across the border from Toronto to NY. Edm is #9 in scoring avg, but #29 in goals allowed. If they fall behind early, I think they'll lay down easily knowing that they have Bos tomorrow nite.

LA #12 on PP, Wash #24 on PK, LA #30 in PK:eek:, Wash #7 on PP. LA's also #3 in SOG, and #10 in goals scored. See the potential for a high scoring game there?

In Det, we'll either have Leighton in B2B games with travel, or Anderson making his debut with travel. Chi also in 3/4 spot, and over the L3Y in 3/4 spots Chicago's games have gone over well over 70% of the time. Det obviously will be eager to come out firing and take the Hawks behind the woodshed, so we should have some goals scored in that game. Hasek might be returning, but this will be his 1st game back from injury. Hopefully with all these factored in, I won't get fawked by the hook again.

Good luck, everyone!!!!!!
