are not succeptable to viruses??

I played hell getting one off my computer a few months ago despite having Norton running. At the suggestion of this forum..I installed another protection software(can't think of the name..everyone recommended it) installed all Windows updates as I was notified and I'm plagued with another one that started Saturday. Turn on computer..says there's a boot problem..need to reinstall Windows...sits there a while then reboots on its own...have to keep turning it on & off and eventually it'll work.

If these types of problems are not encountered with Macs..I think I'll run and buy one today.

Any imput would be appreciated.

There are very few viruses written for Mac computers from my understanding.

Remember there aren't as many programs written for Macs.....

But they are great for creative tasks
