Just wanted to throw in my .02 cents, have not posted here this year at all in NFL.

LET me start by saying I am the biggest packer fan around, most of guys will attest from last year.

AND I REALLY like philly, here is why:

They started off terrible and bettors have still held that against them in the value of their lines.

McNabb started off slow but has gotten it together of late. Andy Reid abandoned the run game early putting too much pressure on McNabb, he is now running the ball, NO POUNDING the ball with 3 good young backs, (THE PACK DOES NOT STOP THE RUN AT ALL).

Philly has won 5 of 6, and are very hot.

Green Bay on the other hand, played the game of their lives last week, FAVRE in particular, and squeaked out the victory.

Green Bay in all honesty you have to admit has been hot and cold all year, they lost to Arizona for christ sake.

I compare them to the NYG who are hot and cold and yesterday sh*t the bed against Atlanta.

In front of a national audience people got to see the pack play well last week , pushing the line to a higher number that it should be. At best this should be a 3 pt line and at 3 I would like Philly +3, I honestly think they will win this game with ground and pound.

Factor in that McNabb is mobile for Green Bay to have to track down when they do pass.

I LOVE GETTING 4.5 points with the better team here in this spot with Green Bay having a let down from last week and possibly looking ahead to TB next week.

Just my .02 and good luck with whatever you play guys but this is a STRONG PLAY for me

My lean is to the over as well just because Green Bay can't stop anyone on Defence.

This is all coming from a hard core fan. :D

You should have more faith and not compare this packer team to the Giants. Philly defense is very weak especially in the secondary. Packers offensive line is the key to their success. This is by far the best line Favre has had to work with. Clifton and Tauscher are 100% back from their season ending injuries last year. The defense is improving. With addition of Grady Jackson d line will be vastly improved. Sharper is finally over injuries and he is the key to secondary. There has not been any defense able to stop Packers offense this season and tonite will be no different. Packers defense will make a statement tonite and shut down Philly. Packers will win and cover and the only way this game goes over 44 is if the Eagles can score 14 points.

I understand you are a packer fan, but I disagree with you, I think pack come out tonight and run all over Philly. Their D is not that good. With Green running the ball effectively that will open up the passing game for GB, and the rest is history. GB's defense is not that great either, but I don't think Philly will cover when this becomes a shootout.

Philly has won 5 of thier last 6, but they haven't played any good teams. I know you have to play who's on your schedule, but they should have won those games

Good luck with your wager but one of us will be happy.

MUST SAY THE SAME, EAGLES LOOK LIKE $HIT ALL YEAR. THEY GOT BLANKED BY TAMPA, CRUSHED BY N.E., BEAT A WEAK BUFF TEAM, SQUEEKED BY WASH, BLEW A LATE LEAD TO DALL, BEAT MY PISS ASS GIANTS ON A PUNT RETURN WHERE NO GIANT WAS TO BE FOUND, BEAT THE JETS ON PENNINGTONS RETURN, AND STRUGGLED TO PULL A WIN OFF AT ATL, MCNABB LOOKS LOST WITH A FOOTBALL IN HIS HAND. HE HASNT EVEN BEEN RUNNING MUCH EITHER. I WOULD HAVE TO BACK G.B. AT HOME EVEN WITH A NOT 100% FAVRE. BUT OF COURSE U HAVE TO FACTOR IN ITS A MON NITE GAME AND ITS NFL...... WHO REALLY KNOWS??

Not to mention what Mick Vick did to them last year in the playoffs. I still think there defense is too slow. I think Donovan is going to drive them crazy. Even though he has not run too much this year.
Philly puts up a good fight to night!:D

I think pack wins by at least a td. Eagles dont look good at all stopping the run. Atlanta on thier first drive of the game marched down the field and ran all over philly. I think the pack will be able to run the ball and open up the pass against a banged up philly secondary. I can't see the eagles playing catch up either. For gods sake they got there first td pass of the season last week against atl. They barley got a win over atl. I know they have been good on the road in the past, but this is a different team, and I think the pack got back on track last week and are ready to make a playoff run.

Kind of looks like you are all on the pack. wont argue with you or try to sell you on philly

After all the pack are the best team that ever got on a football field with the best QB that ever played

If I made any of you reduce your bets or rethink your choice, I have done my job.

Good luck tonight boys, just letting you know that you will be very frustrated watching philly running over them all game and the pack offence on the sidelines.

Take care and good luck whatever you play

I appreciate your comments!!!

Have to agree with Worm Dog, somewhat

Have to agree with Worm Dog, somewhat

Think that Philly will try to run and be successful tonight. Andy Reid knows a shootout with GB is not the forumla to winning this game....controlling the line of scrimmage is....so look for Phil to pound the ball and throw a lot of short passes...I see a lot of long drives and perhaps with bad weather, turnovers on both sides of the ball. I don't agree that Favre is the best QB of all time..in fact, he can kill you with forced passes almost as much as his great plays....Philly D not what it has been in the past....so the question is who dominates more...Philly controlled O versus quick strike GB O....something tells me this game is a dog fight as they say....closer and lower scoring than you might think....the line and totals are about what they should be....I don't like GB against physical teams and think Philly O line controls GB D line and keeps this within the number and wins the game outright 20-17.
