This book has been vital to my power ratings over the years. This year they decide not to make it available in stores. Ofcource I don't find this out until two weeks a go. I go to their web page and order it on NOvember 4!!!! Still Have not recieved my copy.. I called their office left a vm a week ago and got a call back form a lady who told me they were overwhelmed with demand.. Wtf!!!!
I have called twice since to see if it has shipped, or to confirm that they have not screwed up somehow. No Call back!!! Now Im pissed. I just got off the phone with another place who turns out got the book and will ship it to me Tomorrow next day.
In the mean time if there is anyone who would be willing to fax or email me the IVY League and Horizon sections of the book I'd be much abliged and indebted.

Still getting the run around from them... well over 3 weeks now.

Gamblers Book claims to have them ready to ship, that seems the obvious first choice so I assume you already went that route. :shrug:

I still haven't recieved mine either........placed the order in the beginning of November and I also called but only got a machine and not a human......I just want the book.....if they're going to be late,tell me....not good business people........

Penguinfan that is what I did finally. I called GBC after they were closed on a whim, and the owner answered and I ordered and he said it would ship the following morning..

Has anyone subsribed to the Blue Ribbon mag through the ESPN
web page?
Something like $5 a month.
Was wondering if the info was the same as the regular mag.
Also it seems like they could update as the season progressed.

Might try it but just haven't got around to it yet.

Garfield, I did.. It is ok but alot of what I use for my power ratings that is in the book is not on espn.

How do you use these power ratings ?

Is that something only good for start of season ?

Scott I use them all the way thru the year.. I adjust them as I go, they are very good in the nonconference schedule and first half of conference play. They then get hot again at tourney time.

I got quite of few nice dogs last few years that my numbers had them as the choice, meanwhile Vegas was giving my teams 8-13 points. Mostly small conference teams..

I ordered on Nov. 7th . I have called numerous times and was told it shipped Nov. 14 . Does it really take 7-10 working days for bulk rate as they are saying. After reading the other posts I am doubting it even shipped. If you want to get someone on the phone don't use the extension . They seem to be interested in picking up to take new orders still.

called today and they said if I didn't recieve it by December 8th they would ups me one right away.........so I said to myself why the hell just you don't ups me one right now.....why I didnt say it to them I don't know......I'm calling first thing Friday Morning and telling them to send it asap.....what the hell are they waiting for???? December 8th.....might as well send it after march madness.......

After ordering on Monday or Tuesday at 530pm it Just arrived On today Friday from The Gamblers Book SHOP. They Have a Customer for life.
