looking for a big week thursday split both leans 1-1. but lost (-250) on the day,as the boys were my top play. leans are now 36-27 with still only 1 losing week.

(7x)
cincinnati +3 (underdog goy)

(5x)
houston -3
denver -3

as far as my bengal play, believe they are working on all cylinders now. pittsurgh is gasping for air and bengals will burst there bubble this week. running game is very strong.and after chad johnsons comments on the guaranteed win, this team may have jelled together. even corey dillion is getting into the mix, he must have figured if u cant beat em,u might as well join em. bengals outright

we`re gonna find out

we`re gonna find out

an awful lot about these bengals this sunday and next(ravens)........as it stands right now,i agree with your bengals play......this is a different team.....and i believe the talent was always there......it just took someone with some motivational skills......someone used to winning.....to bring it all together....

no,i`m not talking about tony robbins......:D ........i`m talking marvelous marvin lewis.......

what a difference a coach makes....;)....

the steelers are ready to be buried.....wouldn`t let that cleveland win(the brownies gave that game away with turnovers....and just flat out stink at home)influence me......i like the play...

HELL
my only concern with this game is Cincy's second week on the road after travelling across the country last week. obviously they won and covered. it is tough to win on the road to begin with let alone for a team that is in uncharted water.

good luck and thanks for all the insight.

gl2u guys as well.

baller, best bets have worked out pretty well. lost my records as well as units. but the overall key is the leans. they have been money in the bank. what i am doing every week is try and come-up w/the best best-bets for that week, off my leans. last week was my goy on ravens. this week underdog. think steelers showing last week was just that. been around the nfl along time and seen everything, just when u think ur team may make a run, well the better team u play this week will end that run, think bengals look solid on sunday. lets hope so

Bengals offense is really hitting it's stride and will get another weapon back this week in TE Reggie Kelly. He is their best blocking TE and was a favorite target of Kitna's before he got injured. The Bengals receiving corp is fast becoming one of the best groups in the league with the emergence of Kelly Washington and this is without TJ Houshmanzadeh even taking the field yet this year.

The key to this game will be the ability of the Bengals to stop or more or less contain Jerome Bettis. The Bengals will look to get off to another fast start and put the Steelers in a position to where they have to pass the ball. Tory James and Artrell Hawkins will have to step up their play and hold Ward and Burress in check. The Bengals have been very balanced on Offense and shown the ability to control the clock. Bengals were beat earlier in Cincy by trick plays and a few bad calls by the refs. Lewis has the team focused and ready for this game.

everyone (at least most everyone) thought the bengals were in for a letdown LAST weekend after the big win vs the chiefs...but they held it together and won, and so did i. HOWEVER, and nothing to back this up other than the see-saw ups and downs that you see every year in sports...THIS weekend to me seems like a time for this team to let down....i dunno....just a gut feeling....good luck in your play and i hope im wrong

If there was a game that the Bengals would be up for at this point in the season, it would be this one. This marks a homecoming for Marvin Lewis and the players are aware of all the letdown talk. This team remembers the game against the Steelers from earlier in the season, they felt they should have won that game and they know that they are a different team now, as they have improved throughout the season. Marvin Lewis is making a strong bid for Coach of the year with his ability to keep this team focused and developing sound game plans. Don't underestimate this team by making comparisons to past Bengals performances against Pittsburgh. This is one team that has shown so far this year that you can take all the trends and throw them out the door........They believe they are setting new trends and are not looking back at the past.

Every year there is a team that comes out of nowhere and
continues to steamroll through the schedule, and people
continue to second guess their sudden demise, Bengels &
KC this year, as the old saying goes, ride that sum bitch till
the wheels fall off, I think Cower is one of the best coaches
ever, every time he gets something going, management trades
the big players, never has as much to work with as other teams,
but it's caught up with this team and he is going to be blamed,
it's a shame, and the Bengles have more talent and now have
a coach and are primed to RUB IT IN.

I like the Bengals +3 as well.

The only concern I have at this point is that Dillon is starting. He did have a nice game last Sunday, but he is a problem. I think Rudi should be the man right now.

I say play the dogs big.

What is amazing, and the reason the books always win is the fact that people will see things the way they want to no matter what. Funny that I see some of the same people in this thread and other threads who said that Ohio St was not given the National Championship game, they earned it forcing turnover after turnover, but yet Cleveland gave Pittsburgh the game last week based on the same reasoning:rolleyes: This is how Pittsburgh has won games in the past, turnovers and stopping the run. Cincy is very full of themselves and Pittsburgh is coming together, somewhat too late for their fans (which I am not one), but still playing better with key players back in the lineup at the correct positions. Cincy is in for a pants down spanking today, and yes I will bet it that way. All those with rose colored glasses please refer to this thread later if Pittsburgh wins, I know you will be laying in wait if Cincy wins.

I'll be back here later either way.

Pens fans I think I'm w/ you on this one. Pitts can still win this div beleive it or not................and their o-line is getting healthy again;) which is the key for this team. Granted this isn't the cincy of old but this is still piitt/cincy game..............pitt has owned this division as a matter of fact I beleive they have the best in div record right now.................what scares me is piitts home ats record this year....................this is going to be a good game, but I'm a little leary of the hook here, so If you can get it at 3 rock on, but be careful at 3.5 field goals will be huge in this game
