Just got off the phone with my man who took the BGSU-Buff game off his board at 6:20 because he had 2 "sharps lay huge $$" and another bookie tried to lay off large amount on him (he would not take it)---he had the game at BGSU -7 up from 2.5 for one hour and twenty minutes....I bet BGsu hard on my online earlier today.............very interesting

Gman-listen my bookie of many years actually went to college with one of my brothers we are "friends" and he ALWAYS tells me when really heavy wagering goes on a single game--this is totally unlike the Western Ny area to wager for or against buffalo--the traditional bettore stick with following Niagara ,Canisius and St. Bonnies....the $laid he said was almost half of his total book tonite---and the Sabres are playing tonite also-just for what is worth

worm:

i know what you mean. wasnt being a dick. just saying that i doubt the books up there ever really get a ton of buffalo money.

honestly, buffalo is bad enough that there will be lots of opportunities to go against em and make money. seems everyone is loading up on bgsu tonight and i dont get why. falcons better team, but theyre not the same team away from anderson and bulls have gone to the wire in a couple game.

wasnt trying to be a dick. gl

I know it is my own fault, but how did I buy into this?????

You and many others probably did and hopefully this will teach you a lesson not to buy into this type of BS.......

Because if your a sucker better like many here, you buy into the inside info theory or super duper play of the day, or big smash play of the day crap or 10,000 unit 1st quarter bet.

When I first started out, I got suckered into betting this so called locks but learned real quick, they are usually a joke. I also promised myself that I would never go into someones thread and bash which I am not even trying to do. I just can not resist anymore for the simple reason that I tried to forewarn people. I inquired about a certain player and was completely ignored by WORM. This threads headline reads "LATE INFO--BIG!! HOPE YOU READ THIS" and goes on to speak how big money was placed on BG. I brought up the fact that I think that BG's top scorer John Reimold was not playing and if he knew this was correct or not. For that very important fact, I laid off the game, but if I was a newbie checking out this headline, I would probably have jumped all over this so-called "Big" news and lost my shirt. Would I be an idiot for that, yes, but everyone knows that people are easily persuaded. The bottom line is that we are all here to help one another and I had some info. that hopefully saved some people but was ignored by someone. If this pick came through, I am sure we would have saw the WORM gloating but as usual, he has disappeared for the night after another Big loss. Now I am sure that I will have a million people bash me now and say leave the Worm alone. But once again, I am not here to bash people, as there is many great handicappers on this site, I just want to help people out and maybe keep them from betting blindly when someone comes on proclaiming to have inside info or big super duper smash of the day. You will never see me proclaiming I am the best or persuade people to look at my thread by flashy titles with big units. I simply state my reason and any insight I might have with posted record and total units.

With that said, I wish you all luck and be careful!

I was at the game(I know, I'm sick, but I was in the area for personal things so I went) Buffalo just dominated em, but Me being a cynic, bowling green threw a ton of sloppy passes, lazy passes by their best player Lewis, and the big guy did play who you mentioned but did nothing, Buffalo got a good whistle too, just strange, I was sitting right near the court and knew everyone was on BG, I just wonder why on certain times when everyone's on a side it losses certain times, maybe just a coincidence of course nobody can prove otherwise, just interesting...I hate when a$$holes dissappear after a loss, they'll always be here after a win to beat their chest, what's someone gonna do if they lose kill em? jeezus, worm didnt put a gun to someones head to bet it, but it is being a coward to not come in here and say my bad, or game didnt go as I thought, jeezus anything, can anyone ever be a humble loser

Among Libtards!!
agreed grizape and nyfan!!! I got into a couple of pissing matches when I first started posting here on MJ's with guys who were a lot of talk when they were winning, but disappeared when things were going bad. I believe that everyone who posts on here is posting plays they believe will win...unfortunately it doesn't always work that way.....we all go through bad stretches and streaks.....but I can at least respect and relate to the person who is man enough to show up and update his record on the bad nights just like he does when he wins. Those who disappear when they lose are worthless and should be avoided.....lesson learned for me a long time ago. Wishing all good luck this weekend....first big hoops weekend of the year!!
