AS A DISCLAIMER, I WANT TO LET YOU KNOW I WILL ATTEMPT TO MAKE THESE STORIES QUICK, BUT DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO BUSINESS ANYMORE??:shrug:
BACK IN AUGUST I WON A FEW HUNDRED AT MY LOCAL POKER GAME, AND DECIDED I WOULD TREAT MYSELF TO A BRAND NEW DALLAS COWBOYS JERSEY. I CALLED THEIR CATALOG NUMBER AND ORDERED A $112.00 CUSTOM JERSEY WITH MY NAME ON THE BACK, AND MY FAVORITE #33. I WAS A LITTLE PISSED AT THE PRICE, BUT WITH SHIPPING AND ALL THAT, I SAID SCREW IT. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 4-6 WEEKS. HOW MANY FAWKING JERSEYS DO THEY MAKE?? AFTER ALL, THEYVE SUCKED FOR YEARS? ANYWAY, IN MID OCTOBER AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY JERSEY, AND SEVERAL UNSUCCESFULL ATTEMPTS TO PHONE THEM, I REPLIED SOME NASTY SHIT TO THE CONFIRATION EMAIL THEY HAD SENT ME IN AUGUST. LIKE...WHERE THE FAWK IS MY JERSEY??WHY THE FAWK DO I GET PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES AND NOONE PICKS UP???I WANT MY FAWKING MONEY BACK, ETC. IN SOME STRANGE COINCIDENCE, THE JERSEY WAS WAITING FOR ME WHEN I GOT HOME THAT DAY.MIND YOU, ALMOST 9 WEEKS LATER. I SAID FAWK IT, THE BOYS ARE WINNING, I GOT THE JERSEY, IT WAS POKER MONEY ANYWAY..LETS JUST MOVE ON. SO I OPEN THE BOX AND THE FAWKING NAME IS SPELLED WRONG!!!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: 9 FAWKING WEEKS AND ITS SPELLED WRONG. ITS SPELLED RIGHT ON THE ORDER SHEET AND EVERYTHING BUT SOME DUMB ASS THAT PRINTED IT DID IT BACKWARDS. AND THEN THE FAWKING THING LAYED AROUND THERE FOR 3-4 WEEKS AND NO OTHER DUMB ASS TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK IT.:mad: SO I TRY TO CALL SOME MORE AND AS USUAL GET PUT ON HOLD. MEANWHILE SOME DIPSHIT REPLIES TO MY EMAIL AND SAYS THAT THE JERSEY WAS DELIVERED. I SAID NO SHIT FAWKHEAD, I JUST GOT IT AND MY NAME IS SPELLED WRONG. HE REPLIES(I SHIT YOU NOT) DID YOU SPELL IT RIGHT WHEN YOU PLACED THE ORDER????????:thefinger NO ****HEAD IM 29 AND I JUST SOMETIMES FORGET HOW TO SPELL MY NAME. I MEAN HOW DO THESE PEOPLE SURVIVE ON A DAILY BASIS?? SO THEY SEND ME A LABEL AND SAY TO RETURN IT AND THEY WILL MAKE ME A NEW ONE. I SAID FAWK OFF I WANT MY MONEY BACK. HE SAYS WELL WE DONT DO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM JERSEYS....:mad: SO I CUSS AND RANT AND RAVE HOW I WANT ONE IN A WEEK OR MY MONEY BACK. HE SAYS THEY CANT GET IT TO ME ANY FASTER THAN 6 WEEKS:confused: 6 WEEKS??? THE FAWKING SEASON WILL BE OVER...YOU DICK REFUND MY MONEY. SO AFTER CHECKING WITH HIS MANAGER AND NOT CALLING ME BACK WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND ALL THIS B.S., HE AGREES TO REFUND MY MONEY. WELL HERE IT IS DECEMBER, I RETURNED THE PACKAGE ON 11/3/03 AND IT WAS SIGNED FOR A FEW DAYS LATER. WELL IVE BEEN FAWKING WITH THIS SINCE THEN, CAUSE HE SAYS THAY CANT FIND THE PACKAGE. I SAID I DONT CARE, YOU SIGNED FOR IT. HERES THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO SIGNED. REFUND MY MONEY. AFTER 2 WEEKS OF SEARCHING HIS WAREHOUSE AND COMING UP EMPTY, HE AGREED ON FRIDAY TO REFUND MY MONEY. SO TODAY I LOOK AT MY ONLINE DEBIT ACCOUNT, AND THEY REFUNDED ME 51.79????????????????????????????:shrug: :mad:
NOW WHERE THE FAWK DID THEY GET THAT NUMBER????????

Well, I can understand that you are upset. But unfortunately that is all I understand because I lost track of what I was reading due to the all-caps thing.

First off, who did you actually order this from? Did it come from the actual Cowboys organization? If that's the case I may be able to help. Or was it just from some blowhard on something like Ebay? If it's something like that, just be persistent and hopefully the end result will be good.

I too feel for you, have had similar experiences of my own.

I'm glad the post office has the delivery confimation option now that costs less than a dollar. That has saved me some problems in shipping.

I'm having trouble now getting a gun part back that I sent to be replaced. If they don't get it to me in a week, it will be a real screwjob since the muzzleloader season starts at that time and only lasts a week. They've already had it 6 weeks. I called, and they said, oh, the truck just came in yesterday :bsflag :bsflag :bsflag :mad: :mad: :mad:

Yeah, right, like I believe that.

Sorry, I'm not betting again until the bowls so I haven't been on as much.

Unfortunately, the people I deal with have nothing to do with that aspect of the club. I thought they may be able to help, but they pretty much just said that you should call again (I know, that sucks) and complain. It really is a black eye for the team when they treat their fans like that and just hearing about it pisses me off. I have no clue where on earth they came up with that refund amount- that is pretty pathetic on their part if you ask me. I do know that they are pretty backlogged from what I hear in jersey sales, but that is still no excuse; after all, this is a frickin' NFL organization.

The bottom line is that they messed up the order, and you should get a full refund. As for being on hold for a long time, that's also a crock but if it's the only way you can talk to a person, it's what you should do. Sorry I can't do more.

The update is they refunded the amount of a regular jersey, minus shipping costs????:shrug: Do these assholes really think im paying to have a Fawked up jersey sent to me? And then they refund the wrong amount..
