I had this case a couple times and once a while ago they just accepted it cause they looked through my history and said that I had never really done that before so they the guy said "Merry Christmas" to me!! The other time, a couple years later, another site voided it. I would say more than not they are gonna void it from what I have seen??

thanks guys.

it's not a get rich quick error, they just have the Spurs +1.5 -105 for the 1st qtr.

knowing my luck, i'd take it and it still wouldn't cover.

i bet a ht line that was +7 instead of -7 and they no actioned...pissed me off...i told them they made the mistake, they should honor it...they didnt see it that way LOL....and as always in the miles and miles of fine print, it says they have last word on all wagers....basically tells me were at their mercy

Let me tell you a story..... when you see a mistake, sometimes it bites your ass....

Last week I was looking over the next evenings CBB games and I asw my book had a second half line of UNLV +4 vs Cal up... well I went to yahoo sports and saw the the game had already started and was already five minutes in. In fact UNLV had outscored Cal 14-3 or something already. WOW I said.... let's see what happens. I dropped 550/500 and pressed 'accept' Well they took the wager..... then Cal outscored UNLV something like 22-5 or some crap like that and my wager lost by a basket. I was pissed but I had tried to buck the gambling gods and got smacked.

Just a story I hadn't told until now.....couldn't really tell my wife.

A cautionary tale....

When you see an obvious error, it's probably best to report it. Almost all books will void the bet anyways. A few unscrupulous books will wait for the result before voiding it; thus, you're getting freerolled. Finally, a few books will award you a small bonus for reporting errors.

I remember a couple years ago an offshore had both sides of a basketball game at like +1200 for the moneyline....

I thought I'd try to exploit it a bit but then I figured the favorite would just get voided and I'd be stuck with a moneyline bet on a dog that would just lose.....

As it turned out I should have bet both sides....the true underdog won the game outright...........who woulda known..

The other night at Carib, Dallas was playing and the OVER was something like 196 OVER +9850

I bet $2 on the over and it registered +216 or on that idea.(Did not hit send) Sent them an email and they said thank you and offered me a free $5 square in the Maryland NCABB game 2 nights ago.

Just my 2 cents!

$5.00???
