UAB -5

We are essentially getting UAB at a pick on the adjusted line. They are 2-1 versus the halftime line so far this season. They have hung tough with teams such as Richmond and Mississippi State on the road. While this is not exactly a home game for them it is a home crowd. Western Michigan has also been a money maker versus the halftime line with a spread record of 3-1 on the season. Their one loss came on the road against Detroit November 24th where they were outscored in the second half 32-26 after losing the first half 32-17. As so often happens in college basketball the team on the road that has the lead comes out in the second half and can't match the energy of the home team. I look for UAB to get us the second half cover here and probably the game spread as well.

I disagree...

WM has a five point lead while essentially sitting both of their leading rebounders most of the first half with two fouls each. As far as the home crowd goes, I would be surprised if their were more than 2,000 people there...looks like a morgue

WM +5

Marquette -9.5 played at Cascade

Marquette experienced some of the classic let down spot in the first half coming off the heartbreaking loss to Arizona and with Wisconsin on deck. I believe they under estimated this Canisius club who is very talented and should not be overlooked. I look for them to show them their due respect and to bring their "A" game.
