yes, he was 58. I think they said he had a heart attack in Mississippi, and he is questionable for the game.

Father died and that is much more important than a fuc$ing
football game, hope you can distance yourself from a unit
and what's really important.

Sad thing to happen anytime with the holidays here only makes it worse. I agree it's only a game and I don't give two shits about any of the money I bet. It's my hobby not my living. Do I like to lose no but there are far more important things in life than gambling. My prays will go out to him and his family.

Farve, will played and I think he'll have a breakout record setting game and dedicated it to his father. GB need this game to stayed in the playoff race just like DEN did lastnight. ;)

No fan of the Packers here (GO VIKES!), but have always loved to watch Favre play. It is a true tragety about his dad.

I only wish him the best!

Very, very classy...

Very, very classy...

I just wanted to add me .02 worth. It is very nice to see class any time, any where. Football is a game, not life or death. Gambling is a hobby. This thread shows me that you guys/gals are all classy individuals and you folks are the reason I spend my time on this site, conversing about the wonderful game of football. My thoughts and prayers go out to Brett Favre and his entire family. GL2A and God Bless.
