Alamo Bowl

Alamo Bowl

Bowl Record: 7-7 (-0.02)

Tonights macth-up will rival a team that runs the ball the majority of the time (Nebraska) against a team that has a pretty good record of stopping the RUN! This game will probably come down to who wins that battle. MSU has talented players, but everything will rely on how well QB Smoker does against the "Black Shirts". IF Smoker can be smart with his passing (NO INTS), then MSU has every opportunity to win this game! On paper, the Under looks good, but looks can be decieving!

Only Play:
MSU +3.5 (-106)

Bowl Record: 7-8 (-1.08)

HOUSTON BOWL

This game is just begging for the Over with 2 explosive squads. But the thing that scares me the most about the total is that Navy runs all day long, and TT passes all day long. Really see Navy trying to control this game and keeping the TT offense off the field and not "in rhythm"...Too many points IMO! Will take the Points and not even mess with the total...

Playing:
Navy +13 (-105)

HOLIDAY BOWL

Texas got burned with the upset loss of Ok and will probably take it out on WSU tonight. Still do not understand why the line was set at under 60 when UT and WSU average roughly 70 ppg...will hope i am not being suckered! This should be a great game.

Playing:
WSU/Texas Over 58.5 (-107)

SILICON VALLEY CLASSIC
From Covers: "UCLA enters the postseason on a four-game losing streak SU and ATS, during which the team's offense sputtered to just 15.5 points per game." Really see this trend continuing, especially with the QB problems the Bruins are having. FSU beat GT in last years bowl here...They have the experience to be there and with the leadership of Pinegar, they have a solid chance to win the game SU. On a sidenote: FSU has met UCLA 6 times and has never beaten them...hopefully it will change tonight

Playing:
FSU +3 (-104)

Bowl Record: 8-10 (-2.20)

First and foremost: everyone have a great New Years Eve and the following 2004!!!

LIBERTY BOWL
Utah will travel to Memphis to take on a really talented So. Miss team tonight. Utah is continuing to be underrated and will show why they are such a good overall team tonight

Playing:
Utah -1.5 (-107)

MUSIC CITY BOWL
In a game that might look as a defensive battle, i truly think we will see the number of the total covered. Wisky looks good as well in that Coach Barry Alvarez is 7-1 in Bowl games

Playing:
Wisc/Aub Over 45.5 (-107)

SUN BOWL
Look to see a very offensive game in this matchup of Minnesota and Oregon!! Minn has one of the best O's in the Nation and the Ducks avg roughly 27 ppg also..

Playing:
Minn/Oreg Over 60 (-105)
Oreg +4.5 (-103)

INDEPENDENCE BOWL
Mizzu has ended the year 3-0 ATS and dont see them stopping that roll now..should be a high scoring affair as well as both D's are not exceptional!

Playing:
Mizzu +3 (+100)

SAN FRANCISCO BOWL
Questions about CSU QB Van Pelt will be determined tomorrow as these teams square off...BC is a good team that will show that they were underated tonight!!

Playing:
BC +2 (-110)

Bowl Record: 12-12 (-0.27)

OUTBACK BOWL
This game will be decided on how well Florida plays. We all know how well Iowa can play, but if Fla can put some TD's and keep driving, then this OVER will not be a problem. Iowa will RUN all over the Gators, but can they pass over them? Would lean to Florida with the "home field advantage" but really like the:

Iowa/Fla Over 46 (-107)

GATOR BOWL
3 times in the Gator for WVU and no wins? Think they will get #4 today as they battle the Terps. These teams met earlier this year and Md controlled and won the game 34-7. We will definitely see a lot of changes since that game, but the winner will be the same.....strongest play for me so far in the bowls!!!

Playing:
Maryland -3 (+100) 3 Units!!!

ROSE BOWL
This game will probably be te best one we will all see until the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP game...USC got screwed....deal with it....will they deal with the Wolverines....letdown factor involved here...Michigan is DAMN good, and NO ONE should overlook them when they are healthy! USC is a great team and will play well, but i will be more than happy to play:

Mich +7.5 (+110)

ORANGE BOWL

Should be the second best game today in this inter-state rivalry. FSU will want some revenge from the last game and love the Noles in this situation....Playing:

FSU -1.5 (-105)

Happy New Year and glta

will be out of town for the weekend...gonna post the rest of the games and the plays...

Bowl Record: 14-15 (+0.68)

FIESTA BOWL

The questions surrounding Roberson?s problems will be a true test of how good this KSU state is?This will hopefully help open the game up more as I am playing:
KSU/OSU Over 43.5 (-105)

COTTON BOWL
2 great QB?s in this matchup?should see a lot of points?going with the better defense IMO?also, Ole Miss is 7-1 ATS and SU in its last eight.

Playing:
Ole Miss ?2.5 (+102)
Over 60 (-107)

PEACH BOWL
I know I have bad-mouthed the Tigers all year long, but I really like their chances in ATL. UT feels slighted to be left out of the ?Big Bowls? and will not be totally into this game?.have heard that Clemson fans are coming out of the woodwork to go to this game. Will be like a home away from home for the Tigers. Will take the points and play:
Tigers +6 (-105)

HUMANITARIAN BOWL

Tulsa makes its first appearance in a while and GT will use this game as a statement game to show how good they could have been. See a lot of points scored in this match-up on the Blue turf!

Playing:
Tul/GT Over 47.5 (-105)

SUGAR BOWL

We have one NC team in USC (good job BTW) and will crown another with the winner of this game. We are going to see the 2 best defenses in the Nation when these 2 teams square off, but still love the Over. Both Offenses can light it up, and should be a great game?.cannot wait to see it!!

Playing:
LSU/Ok Over 48 (-107)
OK ?6.5 (+100)
