Man....I had the best time of my life last night at this sports bar in Columbus watching the game. The best atmosphere I have ever seen! But anytime I could actually hear the announcers....they were blaming K-State poor performance on the Roberson situation. Yea he played like shit.....but Ohio State looked pretty damn good, in fact that first half was nearly flawless. I dont want to whine about it, but it gets pretty old....the whole world against Ohio State mentality. I think this game may have proven more about the Buckeyes than the Fiesta Bowl of LAST YEAR! I would love to have that Michigan game back! Actually....I would like to have the Wisconsin game back......how in the FUK did we lose that one?

I'm gonna miss all of those damn seniors on that team......Krenzel, McMullin, Jenkins, Will Smith, Gamble....etc. And did anyone else think that Gamble finally played with some heart this game????? I was more happy to see that than anything!

Oh well....enough Buckeye talk...I am sure no one wants to hear it. I am just so damn happy about my team....maybe more so than last year.

if Roberson played anything like he did against Neb and OU KState wins by 2-3 scores....obviously you are not an impartial observer....as bad a performance as this was....you give KState another minute or two that they wasted as poor clock management again and again because of Roberson head being up his ass, and you have a tie game

that was a pathetic performance only worsted by Chance Mock....KState running game had no chance the way Ohio State was able to tee off on it...

geez the first 7 drives gained 20 yards and gave Ohio State 2 scores...think the offense could have least "held them"

if you think Roberson didn't suck i don't know what game you were watching.....i saw at least 15 times him miss wide open receivers just standing there -- not even coming close

and there was a HUGE difference from last years team...Maurice Clarrett...last year the Buckeyes were really good....an elite team...this year the were good but not great...that offense sucked other than one wideout

and if i had been any guy on that team, i would lay the blame solely on Elle Roberson's you know what....what a moron

Yea Roberson looked bad....but we looked damn good...I admitted that. For a guy so self-proclaimed smart about everything, maybe you should try taking a couple of Hooked on Phonics courses.

Even when these guys ran their option they sucked. We were too fast for their gameplan. Sproles was exposed as a fraud. And the entire Bowl Season may end up exposing the Big 12 as a fraud. Texas lost as a huge favorite, Okie State was outplayed by Ole Miss, Missouri looked bad against Arkansas, Kansas had no business in a bowl game, and K-State lost as a large favorite. Oklahoma can blow it for the entire conference.

And as far as K-State winning by 2 or 3 scores if Roberson played well.....that is Bull Shit! K-State could not run the ball! You cant blow a team out with a one dimensional offense. The only reason ths game was even exciting at the end is because Ohio State plays vanilla with a lead.....we did it against NC State and we did it last night. We blew that team out.....I dont care what the final score was.

you weren't watching the same game.....KState coudln't run because Roberson was NO threat.....he couldn't hit guys who were WIDE open....clearly Ohio State was keying on the run....anyone with any kind of defense can stop a team when it is one dimensional...so put down your rose colored glasses

STILL KState almost won and anyone with objectivity would realize that they would win 4/5 times without the distraction

as far as the big 12 "sucking"...Texas loss should be no great surprise....geez OU beat them by 60....anyone with any talent and a coach will kill them with taht buffoon....

i agree Kansas should not have been there...but does that correlate with the big 12 exposed? If Baylor would have been invirted, i am sure they would have lost by more

Missouri is an average team and Okie State was a good team...dont think either of those was changed during bowl season...so no, the big 12 was not exposed as a fraud...unless OU gets pummeled by lsu which i doubt very seriously will hapen

as for Sproles...we will see how much a fraud he is when he is getting 1500 yards in the NFL.

Marshall dominated KState at KState when Roberson was out....it would have been better to not have the guy in there at all last night

Marshall put on a performance better than Ohio State AT Manhattan

does that mean that Marshall is better than Ohio State? I think not.....

all this game to game comparison is meaningless....Ohio State is not a great team, and is fortunate for the situation Roberson put his team in, or they would have lost

normally i would agree with you (especially since im very anti-ohio state and dislike the bucks) but ohio state flat out whooped kansas state's ass yesterday.

youre correct, roberson was less than sharp.

however, that first half was about as dominant as ive seen a defense play in awhile.

sproles was trying to get to the edge on some runs and trying to use his skills to make some cuts. bottom line is osu's defensive speed is unbelievable

thats the best total game ohio state has played since tressel has been there in my opinion. the final score shows 35-28 but that game was never really close. buckeyes held a significant edge in offense, defense, and special teams

before the game,if you would have told me osu's offense would play like that, i would have laughed.

kansas state is a very good team, but they were really dominated in that game. roberson's off the field issues certainly didnt help, but osu deserves credit for dominating ksu -- as much as it pains me to say that

dont worry, oklahoma is going to pound lsu so big 12 will get a dominant bcs win. but ohio state was impressive in the fiesta, period

don't know how you can say that when Ohio State played mistake free football, was out-gained, given 2 TD's, and Roberson played like Jamaal Lord....yet Ohio State dominated?

i am not sure how you are dominating whne wide open receivers are missed again and again

and the score was not indicative of the game? when KState could have tied the ball game if not for clock mismanagement by the coach and the officials?

youre a smart guy; therefore, you should know total yardage is going to be skewed. buckeyes dominate the 1h, then get conservative and let kansas state becoming a one-dimensional pass team and let ksu have anything underneath.

also, ohio state did not play mistake free football. keep in mind, if krenzel doesnt throw an INT in the redzone, thats a blowout. period.

plus, if ross has any brain, he doesnt run out of bounds and leave ksu 1:15 on the clock to even give them a remote shot at it.

how many yards did kansas state have at halftime? hell, how many yards did they have going into the 4th quarter?

Freeze...you are right the Buckeyes had no business even playing that game. We should have waited until Roberson wanted to keep his dick in his pants, was 100% ready to play the game, and then we would have played the game.

I give up Freeze, you are right. The Buckeyes did not play well last night. It was all about Roberson and his dick being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Our defense is slow.....and the fact that we lead the nation in run defense is also a fluke. Our special teams are horrible. I am sure that Nugent and Sander are cheating with lead in their cleats. Jenkins and Holmes are terrible receivers.

The Buckeyes really suck and I do not even know how they got in this game over Tennessee.

i have layed out my points and saw Roberson play all year...IMO KState beats them 4 outta 5 times without the distraction

this great Ohio State team did not dominate and was outgained....they were fortunate to win....they dominated for the first quarter directly because of the distraction and that is it...from there on KState was the dominating team

i have yet to see a team dominate another by getting TD's handed to them, leaving WR wide open not getting the ball thrown anywhere near them, and still escaping barely with a win because of a poorly managed 4th quarter

you people do not seem to understand that Ohio State was able to key the whole defense on Sproles because of Roberson's inefficiency...if you cannot understand that simple concept about football, you are not very bright...they would have stopped Jamaal Lewis just the same last night
