very true badtothebone..was just a little frustrated with the quick scorign in the 1st half..been that kinda day with the 2nd half collapses i have been experiencing with ncaa hoops.....would love to see only a few field goals by the tits in the 2nd half....and lots of short runs of course 
i have under 33.5 with a local who does not count ot into final score.....totals end with regulation....ot does count towards the side bet though..i use this local just for unders....have caught a few games were i won at regualtion but total went over in ot...
yes badtothebone.....it has worked to my advantage a few times..only thing that sucks is i have to wait till gameday to bet with him...i would have been on under 37 earlier in the week....new it was gonna be brutally cold here all weekend...gl
What I do not understand is why you all bet with locals. It is so much easier to bet on line and if you have a couple of books seems you would have much more flexability. Thier is alot of solid books to choose from. Can you fill me in? Never had a local!

there are some advantages to having locals....exspecially with this one who does not count ot into the final score on totals....with the amount i bet a game i do not have much confidence in offshores with my bankroll...my local has always paid me....he has a pretty good size bankroll himself..so i have confidence that i will not get stiffed..if i ever do its my fault..but i rather have my local stifff me than a offshore run off with my money....one major downfall with a local is i have to wait until gameday to bet a game....although it has worked in my favor at times...
I have 2 locals and two OS. Both locals use Vegas lines. One I can play any day of the week, the other gives the line of gameday and DOES not move the line. Use OS mainly for halftime plays... locals, pay or get paid every Mon with one Tue with the other. Have known them both for many years...
