Tough game for this young team........ They're better than that...
Beat Purdue, Mich. St............Just a tough place to play and a tough spot........ Against the best team in the land (arguably)...taking heat for having beaten only cupcakes and still #1........having lost last 2 years to OKlahoma.........CT getting a great game from Rutgers at the RAC in last.....and finally hitting a day when CT is firing on all cylinders..
Long day for Oklahoma but so was it a long day for CT when G Tech beat them........
Anyway..........Great game for CT.......with a good test coming at Chapel Hill followed by Pitt...Will be an interesting week!

don't see where this team (oklahoma) and their early schedule prepared them for this game. only road game, was michi st. and they've struggled and will continue to at the point position. when sooners got down early they folded... plain and simple
sampson will toughen them but today they looked :scared

What did Michigan States tough early schedule toughen them up for???
Noone has played more cupcakes than CT.......Calhoun uses the early schedule to see what hes got in the new faces, build a little confidence and work on rotations..Sometimes,however, the early cupcakes hurt at tourney selection time.
Oklahoma is not a #6 but they're not 40 points below CT either. Today was the wrong place at the wrong time.
Really looking forward to CT/NC

were talking about oklahoma's schedule and today was a ROAD game for them. thats where i'm stating sooners were unprepared for the rigors of travel.
