I bet you guys get ****ing tired of me telling you all the bad beats I get and never here any good ones sorry. I could not be more ****ing livid right now. This if ****ing unbelievable!!!!! Indiana has the ball with 21 seconds left and does not let the ****ing clock go out!!!!! Are you ****ing kidding me. Miller shoots a three with 14 seconds instead of just burning the ****ing clock. Then spurs come and get a layup to cover the ****ing over. Give me a ****ing break. Somebody needs to take miller out to the shed and give him a ****ing good ole ass whooping. This truely shows you the NBA is ****ing maf. I do not think anyone can argue the fact after watching the last minute of the spurs game. 14 pts in the last 44 seconds and not one ****ing foul. What the **** is going on here did anyone get to see this bullshit.

I thought the final score was 89-79 but espn had 89-77 and my book counted over 167 as a loss. I have been sitting here trying to figure out the score and I was sure it should be 89-79. Can anyone confirm the score?

The NBA and even college basketball are BY FAR the worst sports to bet on and why I've pretty much stayed with hockey until bases come around. And betting halves is just as bad. It's almost like these c*ck-suckers KNOW what you're gonna bet and then f*cking go the other way just to f*ck you over. I know that's absurd but JFC, it sure SEEMS like thats what ALWAYS happens.

I hope you didn't have the under in the wash/Det game...under was covering by 2.5 before washington player jacks a three pointer with about 10 seconds which goes in and pushes game over by a half.

Howie that would not bother me. They are trailing and are going to shoot. However, miller had no ****ing business shooting the ball. Honestly, I do not think I have ever seen this happen in a lifetime. They need to investigate. This is bullshit. Sorry if you were on the under in washington game. It is a bad beat, but nothing like this. No way i guy winning big with under 24 second left shoots the ball.

lol.

i had the over in the wash game. so, i figure, i am even on the screw jobs tonight. screwed on indy, made up for it on wash.

Reggie was having an incredible night from beyond the arc. I agree, there was no need for him to launch it, but he was really feeling it. At one point, he was 6 for 6 from beyond the arc. he finished the night 7 for nine. Too bad he didn't go 6 for 9 for you though.

I see it all the time where guys shoot for no other reason than to pad their stats with a lead. Part of the game. You'll get a good beat go you way someday. Here are two that stick in my memory....

I was at the Mirage in April, 1998. I had been playing blackjack up and down the strip and was absolutely plowed. I almost fell out of my blackjack chair trying to chase my shot of tequila with a Sam Adams at MGM a couple of hours earlier. Sue, the Chinese blackjack dealer from Alabama, probably thought I was a lush. We had gone to MGM looking for Eng, the Cambodian Nightmare, a blackjack dealer who won us huge money back in February, 1998.

Back to my story. We stumble over to Mirage (too poor for cabs) and sit down for the free drinks at sportsbook. Of course we had no money on the game but the waitress could see my buzz was in serious jeopardy if I didn't get some booze so she obliged. Jazz were 12 or 12.5 faves at home vs. Rockets depending on when you bought it and I swear there must have been a freakin' cowboy convention in town because all we had were Texans with tickets on Houston.

Close game but Utah starts to pull away in second half. The room is down but, miracle of miracles, Rockets start hitting shots and lock up the cover (so we thought). Down 8, they foul after missing a 3. Down 10, they shoot another 3 and Bryan Russell recounds w/ about 6 seconds left. For some unknown reason, he takes off all by himself and shoots a 3, completely f'ing the entire room in the a. Guy in front of me is screaming, "there is no FUC*ING reason," over and over. My friends drag me out of there before I take an arse whipping for laughing my drunken arse off.

Another good one was courtesy of that true professional (craps player) J.R. Rider. This is about 2000 when the Blazers had more talent than anyone by far. Sonics were in town and Blazers had control of the game, but never the 10.5 spread. No foulfest or anything.

Sonics miss a shot down 9 and Blazers take the ball up with under 24 to play. Rider dribbles out the clock near the half court line and all is good. Then, with about 4 seconds left as the Sonics are walking off the court Rider suddenly drives to the hole like it's game 7 and he's down 1 and dunks the freakin' ball to cover. The few fans left in the building (probably compulsive gamblers like myself) cheer like crazy, probably because he just gave them a miracle cover.

mmmmm fixed i hardly doubt it, as far as the shot goes maybe you should have been watching the spurs/pacers game last week in san antonio and then maybe you would understand why it happened. i can tell you why. IT's CALLED PAYBACK for the hose job in san antonio last weekend.

The worst one I ever had was back in 1974 or 75. George Gervin was playing for SA. I had the dog and SA was ahead but not covering by one. Gervin is dribbling out the clock out near half court, but with 1 or 2 seconds he launches the ball toward the basket (didn't really even aim) and the damn thing goes in! I frigging lose!

One other time, back when the rules provided for the penalty to give you 3 shots to make 2, I need one for a push, 2 to win. Daryl Dawkins gets fouled with 1 second left and misses all three. Yikes.

Sometime in the late 80's I've got the Washington Bullets (I think they were still Bullets then) getting 12 and a hook against Sixers. Wash builds a huge lead but Sixers start melting it down the stretch but come on I'm already countin' this one getting the big number. So what happens?! Overtime of course! But hell I'm getting 12 and a half...still a winner...NOT! Bullets manage to lose by THIRTEEN! Great job! I usually get screwed whenever a game goes OT.

Reminds me of when I used to play bases. Got the Cardinals against Phillies. Getting beat bad but somehow Birds come from 6 or 7 back to put it in extra innings. They proceed to score 2 runs in the top of the 10th..lookin good. But they give up 2 in the bottom to make it 9-9. No problem, they get 2 more in the top of the 11th. Of course they then blow 3 in the bottom of the 11th.

I hate baseball.

Worst I seen in many years was in the pucks game a few days ago where they scored 6 goals in the last 5 min or so, including 2 goals last 30 secs if I remember correctly.. I didn't bet it myself, but I saw many many badbeat complaints from people who had the under in that game.. I dont remember ever seeing a puck game with 6 goals in such a short time.. That was unreal..
