Thanks wish i could of got the first 2 plays faster to you but could not get on it was a msn problem not a site problem, I had to redo my power ratings and some other things since the start of the year, things worked great in non-conf but needed to adjust in conf would win 1 day lose 2 days win 2 days lose 1 for the last 9 days so knew numbers need to be adjusted , it is the same every year in jan, people and i was guilty donot adjust in conf at the start of jan and i know better but the first 6 weeks of non-conf was so good i stayed with what i was doing but i know that most your stronger teams play more non-conf games at home against lesser comp then they see in conf so a adjustment has to be made but i was hard headed and did not do it till this wen and today was the first day i played, played 3 days on paper to see if they the adjustments did better and today i went for it.
good luck and thanks again, will try to post as much as i can have the party coming up and get scoped again on the 22 at 11:45 they have some cleaning to do man this has been along 15 months with all this knee stuff but this should be it and 6 more months of rehab and it will be strong enough to at least golf they say sucks sitting around for 15 months sucks real bad never again don't take shit for granted trust me if you have been down 15 months like i have you will see now have to get down to 210 that sucks use to being at 230 when lifting and played at 220 but with meds and lack of activity for 15 months went up to 275 but down to 245 now but have to get to at least 210 knee can't take the weight even if it would be more muscle then fat can't keep 230-235 on it so food is very strick for the next 6 months and that sucks to but not as bad as only being able to walk 100yards and leg would swell up or only able to stand for 10 mins and the same but all almost done.
IF YOU DRINK DON'T DRIVE LOOK AT ME NOT ONLY AM I MESSED UP FOR LIFE SO IS THE DRUNK DRIVER AND HIS FAMILY , IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
