Playing:
Creighton -1 (-108) *2 Unit Play*
Note to myself: IF Creighton loses tonight, DO NOT PLAY THEM AGAIN THIS YEAR:rolleyes:

Miami (FLA) -4 (-110)...been riding this team on the road...lets see how they fare at home:shrug:

Duke -4.5 (-105)...will another #1 go down this week?...Maryland showed they can hang in the UNC game, but collapsed at GT in the end...Duke is better than the 2 of 'em...Duke IS playing some great ball right now (but the last 2 have been at home)...should be a great game...

Anil-

Heels are on the road at FSU tomorrow. I know the ACC is tough on the road and the heels haven't faired well away from home, but we are only favored by 3.5  I honestly thought this line would have been 8. What do you think? This is virtually a must win for carolina, no way we can afford to go 1-3 in the ACC.

looks like a trap play to me...even WE won there....was close, but we pulled through....you guys should definitely win the game...maybe ML play?

any injuries on your side?

keep us informed!

Trap was what I thought too. I've gambled enough to know that when it seems like a sure thing, stay away. I think the line is a combination of a couple of things. FSU is on a losing streak, most of which was on the road. I think maybe they figure the noles will bounce back at home. Also, we haven't played well on the road. I think this is the biggest reason for the line. We have played poorly on the road and have 2 of the 3 Ls on the road. Everyone on carolina will be playing from what I've heard. We beat them by 21 last year at FSU, then only by 1 at home. I just think that the uconn game will be a turning point, finally the guys learned to pull out a close game. And we will not go 1-3 in the ACC, that would be a huge hole to be in with the way things are this year. I bought the play down to 3 and played it at that FWIW.

ive learned one thing in recent years:

never bet against florida state at home.

noles seem to play the elite teams very well at home for some reason. obviously those duke upsets, but even against the wakes and marylands, they take every one of those games to the wire.

one thing i will say for carolina-- they better learn to play defense. right now theyre terrible on that end. fsu slows the tempo and that might cause heels trouble. carolina clearly a better team, but fsu is just a damn tough team at home in that shithole

excellent points Gman...

Dave...any letdown factor after the emotional win:shrug: ....I'm sure UNC is glad to have gotten the win, but they try to look past the FSU game

will look at the game later, but think it is either UNC or a no-play
