I learned of a Superbowl system in 1991 that was 12-0 at that time. It was published in the 1991-92 "Sports Betting Guide".
Of course, we all know that you can isolate any number of criteria to get similar results based on PAST records. The quest is to find trends that continue to provide winning results into the future.
Although not still perfect, this system has continued to be very profitable over the years. The record to date is 19-3-2 with wins on the last three Superbowls.
The system criteria is to first play against the team that did not cover their championship game. If both covered play the team with the most SU wins (this year play is New England). If still tied take the dog - basically equal teams - take the points.
I know this sounds incredibly simplistic but it has worked.
I am going to be on New England large.
